6 Steps to Build Balanced Routine in your Life
1. Make a list of all the things that need to be built into your routine: Simple brain dump exercise of taking everything out of your head.
2. Decide what things you actually need in your routine: Make time for what really matters for you.
3. Remove anything that no longer serves you: Something isn’t adding value to your life anymore, or if it’s detracting from your wellbeing and peace of mind, then it needs to go!
4. Make space for you: If you don’t look after yourself, then who will?! It doesn’t matter how much someone else cares for you; nobody can do the work for you to look after your wellbeing
5. Incorporate daily reflection and self-care into your routine: Take just five minutes each morning and another five-or-so minutes in the evening to do some structured reflection activities. That help you. to stay focused.
6. Keep it simple: Figure out what is the absolute bare minimum that is going to give you the biggest bang for your buck in terms of your time and energy, and focus on.
